PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system efficiently performing a location registration by reducing a useless location registration which is not used, to provide a mobile terminal device, to provide an access point device, and to provide a mobile communication method. SOLUTION: The mobile communication system has a mobile terminal device and a mobile management server device. The mobile terminal device measures a time staying within a same calling area, and transmits a location registration request signal when it is detected that a time of staying within the same calling area has reached a predetermined location registration request time.
