PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a constitution simple to secure compactness, and to simply and easily attain a system-up. SOLUTION: A circuit unit 14 is extracted from a first unit housing 10 in which circuit units 14 constituting an existent system are contained side by side, and a second unit housing 15 for system-up is inserted into the first unit housing 10 instead using a unit guide rail 12. A system-up mother board 18 arranged in the second unit housing 15 is electrically connected to a mother board 13 arranged in the first unit housing 10, and a system-up circuit unit 19 is inserted into the second unit housing 15 and electrically connected to the system-up mother board 18 to complete the system-up.
