PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meander an air filter without disposing an intermediate roller between a winding-out poller and a winding-in roller. SOLUTION: A corrugated plate 1 with openings 4 formed on a surface opposite to the air filter 8 is disposed between the winding-out poller 7 and winding-in roller 6.
