PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a fraudulent act cannot be found out until doing an operation of opening a body frame in a normal hall operation having a low frequency of opening the body frame, because the body frame must be opened for recognizing the fraudulent act on a board box. SOLUTION: An opening area sealing structure 133 of a board box 130 is visible through an opening part 150, so that a hall worker can recognize a sealed condition by opening a glass door frame 60 and looking the opening area sealing structure 133 from the opening part 150. Thus, it is made possible to check the fraudulent act on the board box 130 while opening the glass door frame 60 and doing some work when compassing the hall after hours, and it is made possible to find out a fraudulent act to the board box 130 which may be performed during business at an early stage.
