PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for forming a beautiful curve, a beautiful motif and a motif having a complex shape, without a round jump ring interfering with a core material for rounding a wire 3, when manufacturing an ornament 9 by making a beads unit 7 by passing a round jump ring 5 through a rounded part of a metal wire 3 fixed on the bead 1, or making a motif unit 15 by passing the round jump ring 5 through the rounded part of a motif 13 formed by bending the metal wire 3, and connecting a plurality of bead units and motif units by sharing the adjacent round jump rings 5. SOLUTION: The cylindrical implement 6 includes a cylindrical body 39 around which a wire 3 is wrapped, and a slit 41 formed in an open tip 49 of the body 39 in a longitudinal direction, into which the round jump ring 5 may be inserted. A plurality of cylindrical implements 6 are fixed on a fixing hole 17 or groove 19 of the design board implement 11, and the wire is continuously wound around the cylindrical implement 6 to easily make the motif unit 15.
