The present invention relates to a method which involves resetting a signal-measuring cycle for an object system to a specific initial value when a terminal which communicates with one system has changed the location thereof by a value more than a specific reference value, and determines whether or not the intensity of the signal or phase information measured in a source system which is in communication with the terminal has changed by a value higher than a specific value, by means of determining whether or not the terminal has changed the location thereof, under the condition mobile communication systems using different wireless connection techniques coexist.
