A radio link data transmission method is provided by the present invention, in the case that the radio link control (RLC) entity is re-established, the method includes: after receiving a re-establishment indication, the RLC entity reports the transmission state information of the RLC service data unit (SDU) to the high layer; after the re-establishment of the RLC entity, the high layer determines the RLC SDU that needs to be re-transmitted according to the transmission state information reported by the RLC entity. By the method and the radio communication network node of the present invention, the transmission efficiency of the acknowledge mode (AM) RLC entity may be improved.
