PURPOSE: A heat pump which simultaneously performs defrosting operation and heating operation is provided to remove frost using one of multiple outdoor evaporation members as a condensation member. CONSTITUTION: A heap pump comprises a compressor(10), a condenser(20) and an evaporator. The evaporator comprises a plurality of evaporators(51,55) connected to the condenser. The refrigerant exhausted from the condenser flows in the compressor through an outlet of the evaporator. Some of the refrigerant exhausted from the condenser flows around the compressor and exhausted through an inlet of the evaporator. The refrigerant remainder flows in the evaporator through the condenser to be evaporated.
