RIGID POLYURETHANE FOAM COMPOSITION, RIGID POLYURETHANE FOAM, AND SYNTHETIC WOOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rigid polyurethane foam composition excellent in designability, cutting performance, and screw driving performance.

SOLUTION: The rigid polyurethane foam composition comprises a polyol component (A) and an organic isocyanate component (B). The polyol component (A) contains: a polyether polyol (A1) having a number of hydroxyl groups of 4-8 and an average hydroxyl value of 400-800 mgKOH/g; a polyether polyol (A2) having a number of hydroxyl groups of 2-4 and an average hydroxyl value of 20-70 mgKOH/g; and a polyether polyol (A3) having a number of hydroxyl groups of 2-3 and an average hydroxyl value of 600-1,800 mgKOH/g; wherein the blend ratio (weight ratio) is as follows: (A1)/(A2)/(A3)=30-90/5-35/5-35.
