<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsifying preparation of oil-soluble components that is functionally excellent in application to a water phase, can be stably maintained for a long period of time, has a little limit in preparation and commercial production. <P>SOLUTION: The emulsifying preparation comprises (A) an oil-phase component containing an oil-soluble component, (B) a water-phase component containing a polyhydric alcohol, and (C) an emulsifier that contains a mono fatty acid ester of polyglycerols having an average polymerization degree of ≥10 and an HLB value of ≥14 and ≤18 or a transmittance in 1 wt.% aqueous solution at a wavelength of 600 nm of ≥80%. Preferably (C) the emulsifier contains a mono oleic acid ester or mono myristic acid ester of polyglycerol having an average polymerization degree of ≥10 and a polyglycerol constituting the mono fatty acid ester of the polyglycerol contains ≥65% of a polyglycerol having a polymerization degree of ≥6 in total or ≥60% of straight-chain and branched-chain polyglycerol in total. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
