<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve more appropriate health care by deepening communication between an object person of health care and a health care person in charge, and smoothly and surely presenting biological information of the object person of health care and environmental information. <P>SOLUTION: In a portable inspection terminal 1 which an object person of health care carries and uses as a user, biological information of the user is measured in a biological information obtaining part 2, and environmental information is measured in an environmental information obtaining part 3. The biological information and the environmental information are processed by a data processing part 4, and this user's physical condition information is formed. This physical condition information is transmitted to a portable terminal 9 which the health care person in charge uses via a communication network 8 from a communication part 7.
