<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining device which is miniaturized. <P>SOLUTION: The machining device 10 includes: a first base 31 which is attached to a moving means; first rails 33, 33 which are provided on the first base and extended in a first direction 32; a second base 36 which is supported slidably in the first direction 32 on these first rails 33, 33; second rails 38, 38 which are provided on the second base 36 and extended in a second direction 37 and a working unit 21 which is supported slidably in the second direction 37 on these second rails 38, 38 and has a working tool 22 and a guide roller 23.
