<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nondestructive inspection method and device of a coil, reducing an inspection cost furthermore than hitherto, and inspecting accurately the coil in a short period time. <P>SOLUTION: This method includes: a coil arrangement process for arranging a coil 7 mounted on a motor core 8, and an electrode 2 facing to the coil 7 in an inspection container 10; a depressurization process for depressurizing the inside of the inspection container 10 to a prescribed pressure; an atmosphere formation process for injecting conductive liquid 6 evaporable under the depressurized prescribed pressure into the inspection container 10, and changing the inside of the inspection container 10 into a conductive gas atmosphere by evaporating the conductive liquid 6; and a measuring process for determining and inspecting the state of a flaw of the coil 7 by applying a voltage between the coil 7 and the electrode 2, and by measuring the value of a current flowing therebetween. Preferably, an atmosphere replacement process for filling the inside of the inspection container with inert gas after depressurizing once preliminarily the inside of the inspection container is performed before the depressurization process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
