PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter keeping the amplitude of a transmit signal constant without increasing the noise floor regardless of a change in the number of transmission sub carriers. SOLUTION: The transmitter is provided, comprising a multiplier (602) multiplying a signal point disposed in a complex-planar form by a multiplication factor according to the number of transmission sub carriers, and an inverse Fourier transformer (103) performing inverse Fourier transformation on the signal point multiplied by the multiplier.
