PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure preventing a gap between a mesh cool storage medium on the low temperature side and a cylindrical case caused by thermal contraction and to prevent decline in cool storage capacity due to the mesh cool storage medium in a cool storage device used for a pulse tube refrigerating machine. SOLUTION: In the cool storage device constituted by stacking the plurality of mesh cool storage media in the axial direction of the cylindrical case within the cylindrical case, contact parts of the mesh cool storage media and the inner peripheral face of the cylindrical case are jointed by welding.
