PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of estimation more than an estimate that when the concentration of specific ions suddenly increases, ground displacement probably occurs in estimating the occurrence of ground displacement such as a landslide and surface failure. SOLUTION: When microscopic ground displacement such as a landslide and surface failure occurs to cause cracks, fine soil particles get mixed in ground water, and this is estimated to be an active ion exchange place, so that a sudden increase in turbidity of ground water is observed. Further, when a sudden increase in concentration of specific ions in the ground water is observed, it is estimated that ground displacement to such a degree to be observed in an inclinometer probably occurs in a minute.
