PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a drainage port 28 hard to jam by increasing a diameter of the drainage port 28 while suppressing the increase of strength near the drainage port 28 because a hand-push type garbage container 10 disposed in a kitchen and the like of a restaurant and into which garbage is directly thrown includes the drainage port 28 on a bottom wall 31 for draining washing water when washing the inside of a container body 11 and the drainage port 28 blocked by a plug so as to prevent the leakage of liquid and the like of the garbage from the drainage port 28 is required to receive the weight of the garbage through the plug. SOLUTION: A drainage plug 27 is screwed with the drainage port 28 from an upper end side of the drainage port 28, namely an inner surface side of the container body 11, not from a lower end side of the drainage port 28 to open/close the drainage port 28.
