摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite panel which has two steel sheets stuck together, is excellent in tensile rigidity, can thin the thickness of a panel member for an automobile or the like, and contributes to the weight reduction and improvement of fuel combustion. SOLUTION: In the composite panel, the two steel sheets are stuck, an X-ray random intensity ratio of ä211}<011> orientation at 1/2 sheet thickness part of the steel sheet is 5 or above, the maximum Young's modulus of the steel sheet is in excess of 225 GPa and 245 GPa or below, and the angle formed in the direction wherein the Young' modulus within the steel sheet surface of the two steel sheets becomes is 30-60°at maximum. Furthermore, it is preferable that the plate thickness A (mm) of one side steel sheet and the plate thickness B (mm) of the other steel sheet of two steel sheets stuck together satisfy 0≤¾A-B¾/(A+B)≤0.6, and 0.5 (mm)≤A+B≤2.0 (mm).
