PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam sheet having a cushioning function, manufactured inexpensively, excellent in charge preventiveness even under low humidity, deposited hardly with dust and a contaminant, capable of keeping whiteness by beautiful foaming without being colored, and capable of preventing a contaminant substance from being generated by bleeding-out or the like. SOLUTION: This foam sheet comprises the first surface layer 11A, a foam layer 13, and the second surface layer 11B, the first surface layer 11A and/or the second surface layer 11B comprise a thermoplastic resin, and a conductive polymer, a ratio of the thermoplastic resin to the conductive polymer is 80-99:1-20 of thermoplastic resin:conductive polymer, on mass base, the foam layer 13 is a foam body of a polyolefin resin, and has 1.1-3.0 times of expansion ratio, and a density as the whole foam sheet is 0.85 or less.
