摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection mechanism of a metal injection-molding machine allowing rise time of a screw for injecting a molding material to be shortened thereby allowing the injection step to be shortened. SOLUTION: The metal injection-molding machine has a structure having a space 19 in a connection part between the screw 2 and an injection piston 10. When injecting the molding material by the screw 2, the injection piston 10 starts its forward drive in the axial direction of the injection piston 10 while the screw 2 is in a stopped state. The screw 2 starts its forward drive in the axial direction of the screw 2 together with the injection piston after the time when the screw is collided with the injection piston 10 reaching its predetermined speed. Thus, the time when the screw 2 reaches its maximum speed is shortened compared with the time when the injection piston 10 and the screw 2 start their drive from their stopped states in conjunction with each other, and the injection step can be shortened accordingly.
