A calling control method and device are provided, wherein the calling control method includes the following steps: receiving a dialed number from a user member (S2); comparing the dialed number with the preset member code field to judge whether the dialed number contains the member code field (S3); according to the judgment result, selecting the phone number for calling out from a user number group (S4, S5); and using the selected phone number to call out (S6). The calling control device (1) comprises: an input module (101) for connecting with one or more phone terminals to receive the dialed number from the user member; a comparing and judging module (104) for comparing the dialed number with the member code field and judging whether the dialed number contains the member code field; a selecting module (106) for selecting the phone number for calling out from a user number group; and a calling out module (11) for using the selected phone number to call out. The method and device enable user members to own and use separate numbers conveniently without the interruption of public affairs.
