<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiallergic composition which can be daily taken easily and safely and is excellent in improvement effect. <P>SOLUTION: The antiallergic composition includes a lactic acid fermentation product of grape as an active component. The lactic acid fermentation product is preferably obtained by fermenting grape with a lactic acid bacterium containing at least Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus brevis.
