PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the miniaturization of a door stop member which is the advantage of a door side movable type, and surely hold a door in a predetermined opening position. SOLUTION: A casing 2 fixable to the door 1 is equipped with a movable member 5 which can freely move up and down and has a magnet 7 or a magnetic body capable of sucking and holding the door 1 in the predetermined opening position by magnetic force generated with a door stop body 3 wherein at least one portion fixed to a floor surface FL is configured with a magnetic body 3A or a magnet, and is equipped with a bias body 6 which moves and biases the movable member 5 toward an elevated waiting position. In a rear portion on the side of a door closing position of a door opening and closing direction in the movable member, a rear abutting part is provided which abuts on the side surface of the door stop body when the door is moved to the predetermined opening position.
