PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aliphatic polyester-based resin composition having a practically satisfactory allowable temperature limit by using a polymer alloy technology as a physical-properties improving method for a resin and having moldability and low water vapor permeability, and a molded article using the same. SOLUTION: This aliphatic polyester-based resin composition is a polylactic acid-based resin composition comprising 20 to 90 mass% of a polylactic acid (A), 10 to 80 mass% of a cyclic polyolefin (B), and 0.1 to 10 mass% of a compound (C), relative to 100 mass% of the whole resin composition, in which the compound (C) is a compound selected from a functional group-containing modified olefin resin containing a polyolefin and acryl, an epoxy group-containing acrylic polymer, and a core shell-type gum-containing polymer containing an epoxy group.
