PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that, in a conventional example of structure, rainwater gathers on a step floor in operating in the rain, where an operator moves on the step floor in supplying seedlings, and the step floor tends to be slippery and dangerous, by draining water and preventing gathering of the rainwater, and to facilitate viewing of the position of front wheels. SOLUTION: The riding type seedling transplanter having a seedling transplanting part installed as vertically movably on a rear part of the traveling body, and a plurality of see through-holes (40f) capable of seeing through the position of the front wheels (2) installed on the step floor (34) of the traveling body, wherein the plurality of see through-holes (40f) are constituted as longer in width direction at a front side matching to the inside steering angle of the front wheel (2), and the front end of the front wheel (2) protrudes to outside from the step floor (34) in steering the front wheels (2) to outside.
