PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent damage to a mold by exactly detecting defective attachment of an insert component to a predetermined position in a mold. SOLUTION: When extruding force of a retaining part 30 by a cylinder 20 (extruding means) is released, force due to flex of an arm 10 supporting a load added to a base part 21 is removed, the base part 21 moves forwardly while the flex of the arm 10 recovers, and the retaining part 30 approaches the base part 21 relatively. Accordingly if the relative approach of the retaining part 30 to the base part 21 is detected when the extruding force by the cylinder 20 is released, it is regarded that the insert component W is not normally attached to the predetermined position in the mold 1.
