<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light irradiation device to stick substrates together capable of keeping illuminance of an irradiated surface uniform even in case of fluctuation in illuminance characteristics of LEDs, and capable of curing a sealing agent at a part behind wiring even if the sealing agent is irradiated over the wiring from a side of the substrates having the wiring. <P>SOLUTION: In the light irradiation device to stick substrates together where two substrates are stuck together by irradiating light on the sealing agent arranged between the substrates, a light source to emit the light constitutes segment light sources by a plurality of LEDs arranged on the same substrate and a light guide body to internally guide the light from the plurality of LEDs. The plurality of segment light sources are arrayed in parallel; and inside of the light guide body, an integrator lens on which the light from the plurality of LEDs are irradiated, and a condenser lens on which emission light from the integrator lens is irradiated are provided, or a transmission-type diffuser that is irradiated with the light from the plurality of LEDs are irradiated is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
