<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle headlight of a projector type, in which a cut-off line of moderately faded condition corresponding to a required place can be formed by an easy processing. <P>SOLUTION: An R (round) surface 20 of R shape is formed in front of an upper end edge 18c of a shade 18 which forms a cut-off line of low-beam light distribution pattern in the vehicle headlight of projector type.
