<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooking performance of an induction heating cooker by accurately detecting the initial pan bottom temperature when starting cooking, accurately detecting the initial pan bottom temperature independently of a temperature condition of a top plate, and effectively improving accuracy of the pan bottom temperature by changing the set temperature. <P>SOLUTION: An initial temperature determining means 9 for determining the initial temperature of a pan 1 based on output of a temperature detecting means 8 computes a first temperature rise value in a second prescribed time based on output of a temperature detecting means 8 per a first prescribed time after starting heating, and determines that the pan bottom temperature is higher than a prescribed temperature when the temperature rise value in the second prescribed time exceeds a prescribed value within a third prescribed time from starting of heating, and changes the first set temperature to be lowered, which is set by the temperature setting means 10 higher than a stable temperature of the pan bottom 1 when starting cooking so that the temperature of a cooked material housed in the pan 1 rises quickly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
