<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel to be used for various kinds of electronic equipment which is simply configured, and which is surely operable. <P>SOLUTION: At least either upper conductive layers 12 on the lower face of an upper substrate 11 or lower conductive layers 15 on the upper face of a lower substrate 14 is formed like a plurality of almost band shapes with prescribed intervals, and a plurality of dot spacers 13 are arrayed between the upper conductive layers 12 or the lower conductive layers 15 formed like almost the band shape, so that it is attainable to prevent the instable contact of the place where the pressurizing force of the top end of the finger is weak when the upper face of the upper substrate 11 is pressurized with the finger, and it is not necessary to perform any complicate arithmetic processing in an electronic circuit.
