<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant composition having sufficiently high HTHS (High Temperature High Shear Viscosity) viscosity at 150°C, and sufficiently low dynamic viscosity at 40°C and 100°C as well as sufficiently low HTHS viscosity at 100°C. <P>SOLUTION: The lubricant composition includes: a lubricant base oil having dynamic viscosity at 100°C of 1-10 mm<SP>2</SP>/s, %C<SB>P</SB>of≥70, and %C<SB>A</SB>of≤2; and 0.1-50 mass%, based on the total amount of the composition, of a viscosity index improver having a weight average molecular weight of≥100,000 and a ratio of the weight average molecular weight to PSSI of≥1.0×10<SP>4</SP>; wherein dynamic viscosity at 100°C is 9.0-12.5 mm<SP>2</SP>/s, and HTHS viscosity at 150°C is≥2.8 mPa s. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
