PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving information recording apparatus capable of automatically setting a suitable parking target position reflecting a driver's liking. SOLUTION: The driving information recording apparatus 1 includes an ECU 2, and the ECU 2 includes a parking discriminating section 6 and a parking storage section 7. The parking discriminating section 6 discriminates whether one's own vehicle is parked, based on an output signal from a sensor section 3, and when discriminating that the own vehicle is parked, the parking discriminating section 6 discriminates which method of manual driving and automatic driving the own vehicle is parked by, based on an output signal from an input section 4 and an automatic parking support device 5. A parking storage section 7 stores (records) information obtained by the parking discriminating section 6. Specifically, when discriminating that the own vehicle is parked, the parking storage section 7 stores one's own vehicle information or the like including information on which method of manual driving and automatic driving the own vehicle is parked by and the actual parking position, parking direction, or the like of the own vehicle.
