<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve energy savings by suitably utilizing even deaeration from a vertical carrier device, a vibrating sieve, a mixer, etc. as combustion air of a burner, together with exhaust gas, so as to effectively perform heat recovery while maintaining the appropriate burning of the burner. <P>SOLUTION: A circulating duct 28, which is provided in such a manner as to branch off downstream from a dust collector of an exhaust duct 10, is connected to a combustion air introduction port 29 of the burner 8; and a deaeration duct 30, which is provided in the vertical carrier device 4, the vibrating sieve 15, the mixer 23, etc., is connected to the circulating duct 28 via the dust collector 31. Thus, the deaeration derived from the deaeration duct 30 is mixed with the exhaust gas in the circulating duct 28; and this high-temperature mixed gas is introduced as the combustion air of the burner 8. In addition, the deaeration duct 30 comprises an exhauster 32 and an air flow controller 37; and the amount of deaeration for being mixed with the exhaust gas in the circulating duct 28 is adjusted by controlling the number of revolutions of the exhauster 32 by means of the air flow controller 37, depending the burning volume of the burner 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
