PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a multilayer ceramic substrate that facilitates forming a conductor on a side of a cavity when manufacturing the multilayer ceramic substrate. SOLUTION: When the multilayer ceramic substrate is manufactured by baking a laminate of ceramic green sheets, an opening forming a cavity is formed in the ceramic green sheets (step S1). Then the opening is filled with conductor paste (step S2). A conductor pattern is printed on the ceramic green sheets (step S3). The ceramic green sheets where the conductor pattern is printed are laminated to form the laminate, and a film where a side conductor formed at a side of the opening is printed is overlaid on the laminate and pressed (step S5).
