PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric frame and a piezoelectric device with improved characteristics that can prevent breakage failure with respect to falling. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric frame (100), located within the same plane, a piezoelectric vibrating piece (20) having a pair of vibrating arms extending in a predetermined direction from one terminal side of a substrate; a piezoelectric outer frame (30) surrounding the piezoelectric vibrating piece; a pair of supporting arms (24), extending in a predetermined direction from a base part at both outer sides of the vibrating arms; and a connecting arm (40) for connecting the supporting arms and the piezoelectric outer frame and is structured to bend readily a connecting arm within the plane.
