PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil breather device for a motorcycle engine, capable of being effectively formed a small and light construction and accomplishing simplification of the structure, processing, etc. SOLUTION: Engine case for the motorcycle engine includes a crank case 12, fitted with a crank shaft 25 and a transmission case 19 furnished with a plurality of shift gears. A breather case 22 is installed on the rear top surface of the engine case, while an oil return passage 74, having communication to the breather case 22, is formed in the rear wall 19c of the engine case, whereby the blowby gas is introduced from the crank case 12 to the breather case 22, followed by gas-liquid separation, and the separated oil is returned to an oil storage part 24 via the oil return passage 74.
