PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-treating device with superheated steam, which can prevent the steam from leaking from openings in right and left ends of a tunnel channel through which an object to be heat-treated such as a conveyer belt goes in and out and can suppress variation in temperature distribution in the tunnel channel and maintain it uniform even when the crosswind blows. SOLUTION: The heat-treating device heat-treats the object to be treated by supplying superheated steam to the inside of the tunnel channel through which the object to be treated moves and both ends of which are open. In this case, an exhaust duct which sucks steam in the tunnel channel and outside air entering the tunnel channel from outside, from the tunnel channel downward and ejects them outside is connected in the vicinity of the openings in both ends of a hollow case constituting the tunnel channel.
