PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zero adjustment device for a cylinder gauge that does not require skill at all, allows zero adjustment of the cylinder gauge with a feeling of measuring the outer diameter, requires a low manufacturing cost, and is easily maintained. SOLUTION: This zero adjustment device includes a base body, a gauge head surface receiving section, a guide rail, a replaced-rod core top receiving member that has a replaced-rod receiving section liftably disposed on the same axial line as the gauge head surface receiving section and receiving a replaced-rod of the cylinder gauge on the core and is installed slidably on the guide rail, a spindle section having a replaced-rod surface receiving section that is disposed on the same axial line oppositely to the gauge head surface receiving section and receives a tip surface of the replaced-rod at its tip, and a micrometer head having the spindle section.
