PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a form of an end part of a covering body constant. SOLUTION: This pipe tool 10 has a body part 20 and a mutually hooking part 22. The body part 20 is arranged along the pipe axis direction of a pipe 50 in a surface of the pipe 50. The mutually hooking part 22 is hooked on an end of the pipe 50. The body part 20 is formed with an index part 30. The index part 30 compares whether or not the length of an exposed part of the pipe 50 becomes the predetermined length when hooking the mutually hooking part 22 on the end of the pipe 50. Among the body part 20, the periphery of at least the index part 30 is transparent.
