PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseboard fixing metal fitting which has a simple structure and can be manufactured at a low cost, and is provided with a structure capable of allowing an error of the length of a baseboard, and a baseboard fixing structure using the metal fitting. SOLUTION: The baseboards can be fixed by supporting their lower surface side with the baseboard fixing metal fittings 200, 300 having a baseboard receiving portion extending from a base portion. As a result, the labor of a worker can be reduced. Low-cost members can be used as the component members of the baseboard fixing metal fittings 200, 300, whereby increase of cost for the baseboard fixing metal fittings 200, 300 required in a large number at a job site can be suppressed.
