PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practice implement allowing a user to stabilize control by recognizing a release point and intensifying the sensitivity at fingertips and to pitch with great velocity by making a wide follow-through in the pitching practice, and allowing the user to hit a ball skillfully pitched at a low frequency of revolution in the batting practice. SOLUTION: The ball is formed from a spherical body 1 and holes 2 and 2' of more than one hole formed along the center line of the spherical body. The hole 2 of more than one hole formed in the spherical body 1 is formed in such a shape that a user's finger can be easily inserted into, and the hole path is arc-shaped.
