PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more securely turn a mark attached to an article in a specific direction. SOLUTION: A second adjusting mechanism 700 has a rack gear 724 on the upper surface of a sliding member 720. The second adjusting mechanism 700 further includes a cylindrically formed gear 751 to be engaged with the rack gear 724, a shaft 752 with the gear 751 attached to one end side, a bearing 753 fixed to a second ceiling 538 for supporting the shaft 752, and a disk-shaped receiving member 750 attached to the other end side of the shaft 752 for receiving the operation from a user. When the receiving member 750 in the state (B) is rotated counterclockwise, the gear 751 is also rotated counterclockwise, and the drive force is transmitted to the sliding member 720 via the rack gear 724.
