PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a cooling water tank for a vehicle without sucking bubbles in cooling water in a cooling water outlet, even if water surface of a cooling water in the tank varies or a cooling water quantity flowing in the tank increases in response to a dynamic change and an attitudinal change in a vehicle body. SOLUTION: This structure of the cooling water tank 8 has a cooling water introducing port 81 for introducing cooling water 12 circulating a cooling flow passage 5 formed in a vehicle 1 so as to connect cooling objects 2-4 by operation of a driving pump 7 to the tank inside, and a cooling water outlet 82 for discharging the cooling water 12A in the tank into a cooling passage. Partition walls 83 and 84 for partitioning a space in the tank are arranged in the tank, and a recessed part 85 for deepening an end space in the tank is formed on the end of a tank bottom part 8A. Opening parts 831 and 841 communicating spaces A-C partitioned by the partition walls, are formed near the tank bottom part of the respective partition walls, and a cooling water introducing port 82 is formed in the recessed part 85.
