PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable wiper which can be carried after wiping off moisture adhering to a wet object with water or the like, and can be housed in a bag or the like. SOLUTION: A pile section for which a large number of piles are installed on a base fabric is formed on the front sides of a first internal sheet-form section B1 and a second internal sheet-form section B2 by which water permeation is prevented. Then, a bag-form section is formed between a first external sheet-form section Q1 and a second external sheet-form section Q2 on the rear sides of the first internal sheet-form section B1 and the second internal sheet-form section B2. By turning the bag-form section inside out, the front side sections of the first internal sheet-form section B1 and the second internal sheet-form section B2 including the pile sections on which the large number of piles are installed on the base fabric are taken inside.
