PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of elongating the moving range of a decorative body as much as possible, making the movement of the decorative body be enjoyed and suppressing the degradation of interest in a game. SOLUTION: A Pachinko game machine 1 includes: a game panel which sections a game area; a frame-like center accessory inserted and fixed to the opening of the game panel; an elevating and lowering mechanism 3150 provided with a pair of long-length slide members 3152 arranged symmetrically to a movement axis extended in the vertical direction so as to be partially positioned within an arrangement range between the outer periphery of the game panel and the inner periphery of the center accessory in the front view, extended along a circular arcuate slide axis extended from the inside of the arrangement range to the inside of the frame of the center accessory, and made movable in a slide axis direction so that one end side is extended into the frame of the center accessory; and a rotary decorative body unit 3100 provided with a rotatable rotary decorative body 3102 supported on the one end side of the pair of slide members 3152.
