Provided are a method for providing a user list and a device adopting same. The method for providing a user list according to the present invention involves displaying, on a screen, a first task list on which at least one task selected by a first user can be listed, and a second task list on which at least one task selected by a second user can be listed. Thus, when users perform tasks different from each other using one device, each of the users manages and performs individual tasks in a more convenient and efficient manner using the lists on which tasks desired by each of the users are listed.
