The present invention relates to an anti-rolling device for a boat (12). The boat comprises at least two fins (16) associated with the hull (14) and has two cruising speeds, a first slow cruising speed and a second fast cruising speed. The anti-rolling device is characterized in that the fins comprise at least one hydrodynamic appendix (20) which is movable at least between a first extracted position associated with the slow cruising speed and a second retracted position associated with the fast cruising speed.
