A device (200) of supporting and immobilizing a limb comprises a base (210) having a top surface (211) and a bottom surface (212); a mounting means (220) positioned at the bottom surface (212) of the base (210); one or more tracks (230) available on the base (210); at least a pair of side supports (240a and 240b)5 each located at the top surface (211) and mounted onto the tracks (230) via one or more traversing member (250), that a gap is located in between the pair of side supports (240a and 240b) for supporting a limb; one or more fastening means (260) to secure the limb; wherein the track (230) permits the limb side supports (240a and 240b) to slide on the top surface (211) to adjust size of the gap via the traversing member (250).
