PURPOSE: A holder is provided to easily move the position of a worker in various directions using a rectilinear moving unit and a rotation driving unit. CONSTITUTION: A holder comprises a main shaft(100), a working unit(400), and a fixing unit(200). The main shaft is located inside a working object. The working unit has a working plate(410) and a rotation driving unit(420). The working plate is rotated around the main shaft. A worker is located in the working unit. The rotation driving unit controls the rotation of the working plate. One end of the fixing unit is connected to the main shaft, and the other end is in contact with the surface of the working object. The fixing unit fixes the position of the main shaft.
