<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing Fe-based soft magnetic alloy powder which can obtain stable characteristics reduced in variation, particularly, compared with the conventional case. <P>SOLUTION: A set temperature is at first increased to a third heat treatment temperature T<SB>A</SB>lower than the crystallization starting temperature (Tx1) of a bcc phase, and powder is held at the third heat treatment temperature T<SB>A</SB>for a prescribed time t1. Successively, at a low speed, set temperature is increased to a second heat treatment temperature T<SB>B</SB>for precipitating the bcc phase, and the powder is held at the second heat treatment temperature T<SB>B</SB>for a prescribed time t2. Overshoot based on the self-heating by the precipitation of the bcc phase occurs in the powder temperature, and, thereafter, where the powder temperature is reduced almost to the second heat treatment temperature T<SB>B</SB>, at a low speed, the powder is heat-increased to first heat treatment temperature T<SB>C</SB>equal to or above a temperature lower by 20°C than the peak value of the over shoot, which is the final set temperature in the heat increasing stage, and, for example, both of the bcc phase and the second crystal phase are precipitated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
